Ricoh’s homepage and site architecture were product-led and complex, making it difficult for customers to quickly identify relevant solutions or understand Ricoh’s evolving digital services. The company needed a more intuitive, customer-centric approach to storytelling, navigation, and self-service, especially in support of its growing B2B ecommerce ambitions.

We redesigned RicohUSA.com’s homepage and primary navigation around a needs-based framework, helping users explore offerings based on goals rather than product types. The streamlined experience aligned with Ricoh’s strategic transformation and delivered a double-digit lift in engagement.
We also collaborated on a future-focused B2B eCommerce vision to support self-service purchasing, laying the foundation for scalable digital growth.
To drive qualified leads, at KMV we also created a Solution Builder that recommends the best “bundle” to prospects based on answers to key questions (with a 50%+ completion rate).
